What can I say?  I've waited a while to come to this site.  It was harder to do than I thought it would be.  My friend Shane is no longer with me....I still can't believe it!  Thank you for the part that you played in making Shane the wonderful man that he was.  May God bless you richly.  I hope that somehow someway I can bless you all even just a little bit as much as he blessed my family.  Seeing the pictures brings tears once again.  Stevie...the song is very appropriate.  My prayers are for all of us to make Shane proud of us and take all that he invested in us and use it for God's glory.  I know that's what he would want us to do.  I love you guys.

It's now 1:00AM December 13th and I just heard of Shane's passing. By chance I had called an old friend I haven't spoke to in years and heard the unfortunate news. I am truly at a loss for words right now. I wish I could have been there to say goodbye Shane! I know we haven't seen each other in a while, but we certainly had some good memories growing up. I remember us playing football with your dad and your brothers. Good times!!! I hoped you were on my team because you were fast as lightning and I cringed everytime you got the ball. I still think I was a better pool player than you though you may disagree! Rest in peace old friend! You have a beautiful family and I know they are proud of you! I hope to see you in heaven some day.

To the Brady family: I am truly sorry for the loss of your son. He will be missed! I wish I could have seen him one more time.
